Cancellation Policy:

The clinic requires 24 hours notice for any cancellation or changes to the appointment.  Any notice less than 24 hours or any missing appointment, patients will be charged a cancellation fee in accordance with the clinic fee schedule.

Initial single treatment

Subsequent single treatment: 

$105 per treatment (1 hour)

Subsequent treatments:
3 treatments:  $95 per treatment (1 hour)
6 treatments:  $85 per treatment (1 hour)
Out of clinic treatment:

$150 per treatment (plus travel time)

HERBAL PRESCRIPTION

Initial diagnosis fee:  

$30 + charges for herbal granules

Subsequent diagnosis fee:  

$10 + charges for herbal granules


Diagnosis fee is waived

if acupuncture treatment is provided, 

but dispensary fee of $5.00 will be charged

for dispensing herbal granules
